The program of performances for the “Trecastagni d’Estate 25” program, organized by the Municipality of Trecastagni and entertainment consultant Mirko Vecchio, has been made official.
The Etna town offers a wide range of shows, with free admission, to those who want to enjoy a good evening. Among these, the shows by renowned comedian Uccio De Santis on August 10th, singer Mario Venuti on August 24th, Salvo La Rosa and Vincenzo Spampinato on August 16th, and the comedy show “Ops” with Marco Mazzaglia and Agata Reale featuring guests Falsi D’autore on August 17th stand out.
Other shows feature both the theater and the bands, with two local associations: a tribute to Claudio Baglioni, a flamengo show, the Sikelos Band, the dance halls under the stars, the games together, the memorials in Moschetto, Iurato, and Sant’Angelo, and the Nicolaian night with the opportunity to visit the bell tower of the mother church and a sacred representation of the life of Saint Nicholas.
Furthermore, the summer program features the Etna salon organized by the Department of Tourism over the last weekend of June and the first two weekends of July, featuring music, crafts, impromptu Sicilian puppet paintings, cooking shows, and local wine tastings, together with the Trecastagni Foundation, an initiative of the Festival dei Vulcani and the presence of the Italian Sommelier Foundation.
Another important event is the Ercole Patti Award on August 1st,with guests including Giovanni Caccamo, Catena Fiorello, Giuseppe La Venia, Deborah Scalzo, Giuseppe Schillaci, and Pietro Adragna, hosted by Michela Giuffrida.
The day before, the awards ceremony for the literary competition featuring guests Supernova, hosted by Ornella Ponzio, organized by the Department of Culture.
And another summer craft fair from July 18th to 27th.
